How to order & Pay

Order Process

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
*This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared/manufactured, and readied for shipment*

If you have placed an order as a Guest Order, you may search your order in our “Track Order

Payment

Items in your order may be shipped out from various locations, however The Select Shop will only charge you a one-time payment shipping fee.

Product price may differ by country/location of delivery and payment currency. Please ensure to select your country before shopping.

We are doing our utmost to offer the best price options for your delivery from any location. 

US customer

We accepts the following payment types:

Overseas customer

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal through our global ecommerce partner, eShopWorld. It may vary from country to country.

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully charged.

However, receipt of the confirmation email does not guarantee that Partners have confirmed the order. An order may be cancelled by us after you have received the confirmation email.

Refunds are processed right after an order is canceled, please allow 1-5 days for refunds to fully process and settle.

Any "PENDING" charges shown in your bank account will be removed once payment has been completed. If you notice any pending amounts in your statement, please allow 1-3 days for these transactions to disappear.

If your payment method has been declined and you notice any pending amounts in your statement, please allow 1-3 days for these transactions to disappear. If charges continue to appear after 3 days, please contact your card company.

Shipping Information

The Select Shop ships to all 50 states of the United States (except for Alaska Hawaii and Guam), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

We do not provide International shipping outside of these 45 regions at the moment.

The Select Shop is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, The Select Shop is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.

We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery.

If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.

 

 

Please check the type of shipping according to each product (Priority/ Standard/ Pre-Order/ Made-to-Order).

Overseas Items: PRIORITY (3-10 business days)

Overseas Items: STANDARD (4-12 business days)

Overseas Items: PRE-ORDER (10-20 business days)

Overseas Items: MADE TO ORDER (12-22 business days)

Duties & Taxes

For US customers, sales tax will be applied accordingly to your state of residence.

In States where The Select Shop has an obligation to collect, you'll see sales tax applied to your order, which will be correct for the shipping address that you've selected.

Sales tax is calculated and added to the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing.

We'll always show you how much Sales Tax you'll be charged when you go to checkout.

The Sales Tax shown at checkout will be for your default address so this may change if you change your delivery address.

 

For overseas countries (ie:Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland,Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam) all duties and taxes will be added and shown on the check-out page.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, duties and taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value and displayed on the check out page.

Order Tracking

 After an order has shipped, you may find your tracking information in the “Track Order” section located at the bottom of the page.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
